Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and hold a HeyTruk account in good standing at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, food-truck operators with an active HeyTruk merchant account, and the immediate family and household members of each are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary. During a period you receive entries as follows. All entries are equal; every entry has the same chance.
Entries do not carry over between periods. Automated, scripted or duplicate-account entries are void.
The HeyTruk Weekly Draw runs in weekly periods. Each period begins Monday at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends the following Sunday at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each weekly period is a separate sweepstakes with its own prizes, entries and winner. Sponsor may end the Weekly Draw at any time after the close of a period by notice in the app.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the period. Sponsor publishes the prior period's total entry count in the app.
Each period's prizes and their approximate retail value (ARV) are listed in the app before the period begins. If no prize is listed for a period, the prize is 250 HeyTruk points (no cash value). The total ARV of all prizes in any period will not exceed $4,999. Prizes are awarded as described; no cash substitution except at Sponsor's discretion if a prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value is awarded. Prizes are non-transferable. Winner is responsible for all taxes. A winner receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year will be asked for a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is released.
One or more potential winners per period are selected by random drawing from all eligible entries within two business days after the period ends. Potential winners are notified by in-app alert and by email to the address on their account and must claim the prize in the app within seven days of notification. If a potential winner does not respond, is ineligible, or declines, an alternate is drawn. Limit one prize per person per period.
By entering you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. If the Weekly Draw cannot run as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor may cancel or modify the affected period and award prizes from eligible entries received before the change.
Where permitted by law, a winner may choose to have their first name and neighborhood shown in the app. This is optional and not a condition of receiving a prize.
By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from participation or from the receipt or use of any prize.
Information collected is used to run the Weekly Draw and is handled under HeyTruk's Privacy Policy.
For the winners of any period, send a request within 60 days of that period's end to hey@heytruk.com with "Weekly Draw winners" in the subject line.
New Jersey law governs. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Union County, New Jersey.
